does anyone know this problem too?
noone can help me at the Fiat Hotline. I can´t believe it.
I tried to install eco:drive on my brand new Fiat 500. but it always says, the USB Fehler: 10 appears and I have to try again.
I tried with 4 different USB-sticks. so I´m 100% sure it´s not the stick´s problem.
anyone who runs the codrive on his Fiat 500? did u have any problems installing the problem? does it work now on ur car?

If its a brand spanking new one it should come with the software installed from factory.....

As for the usb 10 error, i may be wrong but im sure i read somewhere that when you put the files on the mem stick from the pc you must first make sure you use "move" function and not the "copy" or drag and drop approach. and also if you get this error they say to just keep re-trying.

But failing that, why not book the car in and have the dealer sort it for you....
