Fiat is a joke!!! My order is being delayed 3 times already... From order to delivery 5 months apparently!!!
The best thing is that they keep calling me but can't explain why there's such a delay.
Fiat should wait if they are not ready to launch a car. This a basic rule in any industry!!

Hi i have one yes but thats only because i work for fiat in the north east, We have a handful of cars that you can have now , but if its not that car you want or a specific colour etc they will have to be ordered, however there are plenty of 500x at status 16/20 about 6 week away ish!!! but if it is a factory order then 3-4 months would be about right, any questions about them or anything i would be happy to help

I have already driven the car for a week in March when on holiday in Lanzarote and because I liked it so much I ordered one.

They are the best hire company in the Canaries I always use them. If you do in the future, book through the sister company Cabrera medina it's usually cheaper!

Picking mine up on Tuesday, its at the dealership now, went to sign docs today but the car not taxed so can't take it until after the bank hols!

Looks like a black or Toscana Green Opening Edition to me (from the wheels) but they might be fitted as an option on another model

Is yours Fashion Grey? Think you said before it's a Cross(?) but I thought it was going to be blue rather than grey?

Looking at the walls near the car it looks like you're not a million miles from this part of the World (Cotswolds)?! The OE plate further arouses my suspicions

Fiat got things sorted with your delivery a bit quicker in the end then - is that something to do with the colour change?

Yes, yes, yes but Fiat didn't really sort anything quicker but at least I had an option to change colour and to be honest, I actually prefer the fashion grey colour!
They also admitted fault and gave me some voucher to use against accessories or servicing...

Aah I see. I wondered what'd happened with the different colour! Sounds like a reasonable outcome.

I'm in West Oxfordshire, near Burford

After the delay for the winter pack supply issues, my car is in the UK depot awaiting custom clearance - should be available in approx 10 days time, hopefully no more delays. car ordered 23th April 1.6 lounge mag bronze, leather, winter pact, safety pack and side lines.

Have you got confirmation that your winter pack is on the car. I ordered my car 1st week May and took delivery last Saturday. I also ordered the winter pack and was told it was on the car but when it arrived it was not. Fiat customer services have told me that due to supply issues no cars will be supplied with the winter kit that were ordered before last week in July and orders taken after this date still might be without.

Both the dealership and I checked the Fiat site for the config tool and you can still add this item only to be told again by Fiat that the items are not and have not been available.

I was refunded the cost and received 3 years free servicing because I told them I no longer wanted the car.

I have been checking the configurer all the time and yes the winter pack option has never been withdrawn. My dealer told me they had a mail instructing them not to take orders for the winter pack!
I can't believe that your car was supplied without something you clearly wanted and paid for.
As soon as my dealer tells me they have my car they will be asked to check, if no winter pack then unless they offer me something like they have offered you then they can keep the car.
Who gave you the free servicing - was this the dealership or something formal from Fiat supported with a letter of apology? If they can't honour something why on earth are they keeping the winter pack on the configure page.

HAS ANYONE IN THE UK GOT A 500x WITH A WINTER PACK????? Or in the rest of the world for that matter - does it excist????

Free servicing was a sweetener from Fiat customer services. Told them I was an unhappy customer and it was up to them to make me a happy customer. Let's hope your car has the pack installed.

Winter pack is being delayed due to the steering wheel which is now 2 months late from the supplier!!! They have the windscreens though - asked if i payed for the pack i'd be happy with just the windscreen, but they wouldn't separate this.

Skbar I will tell you this now the factory would not have sent you the car without the pack without the dealerships permission, so the dealership are lying to you.

Although thats the case they have done you a huge favour - Cars with winter pack will not be delivered to the UK until mid december i got this straight from the factory as i kicked off with them.

downside for me was i asked for the pack to be removed and now Fiat are treating my order as a new one even though the car was ordered early may

i have a 12 week wait and wont see mine until mid october now due to the shutdown.

I also got the free servicing and an apology from the head of operations
