I must say I did love Jason's 500. The Bilstein's are noticeably harsher than the standard 1.2 suspension, but the car rolls a lot less and the damping feels so much more controlled than standard. i rode a mini roundabout in Jason's car and it road like a 90's btcc supertourer. I would say it was actually more comfortable because of the better damping!

I did switch the asr off for a little while and the quaife makes all the difference. I don't know if you saw MEP, but my 500 wheelspins like anything out of junctions even though the tyres have a load of tread.

Jason, if you ever sell Isabella I would like first dibs if possible ;)

would have popped you an email if I hadn't had to pick up puppy or if Jason hadn't slept till 11. That said he does need his beauty sleep :p

That looks like a long haired daschund.

Nice, here is a photo of our one when he was a puppy.

see that's the strange thing, ive heard that but only 1 of our 5 was like that and he was a rescue dog who had been mistreated by his prior kiddy owners and only disliked me :p

Nasty bad tempered things prone to snapping at you without warning. That's daschunds not wives. Although now you mention it....

My wife is exactly like that but the Daschund is not like that at all.

If she ever reads this my account was hacked.

I never did ask how the 1.2 felt in comparison to yours Jason :p

Less perky up to about 30mph but then in the short section we did it felt about the same midrange. The back end felt a lot less skittish and wobbly compared to how I recall my factory suspension being. I can't remember what year it was? Maybe Maxi's has the arb built in?
