lol - yup, that is a Troll's way of looking at things...
The funny thing is that you're just trying to get a reaction out of me which is by definition...... TROLLING :) You'll have to try far far better than that to get a reaction out of me, perhaps you should ask RobW for some lessons, he seems to know what buttons to press :) Your effort was pitiful in comparison.

As I said though, the surround does look a little different though and you'd think it would be with a quad system rather than a twin.

That Magneti Marrelli system has been fitted to two previous LE A500's, and on those the diffuser has been the same.

I've seen the Ferrari Dealer edition, and the pipes are actually quite small.

This is the 'Record Monza' exhaust system on the Abarth 695, which also fits the standard Abarth as well...looks mega, but not worth the estimated £1k price tag :(

Was originally featured on the DA 0 A 100 Edition, you can see it on the end of this vid..

According to the press release it will fit all petrol 500's, would love someone to fit it to a 1.2 for giggles not sure how it would look without the expanded rear bumper and 'diffuser' though.

Well one would assume that it fits in a standard way as that's how it usually works but it certainly won't be me fitting it as I want each of my 69 horsies rather than devoting 10 of them to the sound department :p

Although the PR doesn't mention it there is supposedly a 12bhp gain on a standard Abarth so you could have a whole 76 horsies if it translated directly to an approx 10% gain :p

That'll be for the Abarth, for a 1.2 you'll be losing power and torque in spades.

It'll be the DDCT box from the GP/Mito. I don't think DDCT will ever make it onto standard 500's though as in the 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and SGE engined ones. Abarth should get it as an option any day now.

Price? Lots. 6k more than the standard car is so far off it's not funny. I'd say mid 20's at LEAST if it ever gets to the UK which it won't because it'll be LHD only.

6k more for
DDCT
Special wheels
Carbon fibre seats
Ferrari interior
Ferrari paint
Brembo's
Leather
Esseesse kit + 20 horsies

aint gonna happen.,

As far i know the Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari will not have the DDC gear box (C635). And there will be no multiair engine on this specific version of Abarth but it will be the 1.4 engine we know but 80% redesigned.
Price will be x2 times of a current Abarth 500.

Flappy paddle = DDCT

Transmission
• 5-speed C510 gearbox.

- from the press release, its just a 'robotised' version of the standard 5 speed but 'uprated' to deal with the increase output, it isn't the new DDCT gearbox. (mores the pity)

Italiaspeed says 6 speed? I'm sure you're right but do you have a link? :)

flappy paddle doesnt necessary means the C635 transmission

Anyway here is the press release:
http://www.autoblog.com/2009/09/09/officially-official-fiat-confirms-abarth-695-tributo-ferrari/

This will be a version of Abarth for few people (like the 0>>100 Karl Abarth version) and the price will be well, far more than the 0>>100 edition.

The real upgrade will appear in the next year with the new multiair engines (135, 170) kai of course a C635 transmission.

BTW the DDCT C635 will first appear on Mito next year (beginning of 2010)

Hi guys, I saw this post while I was doing research on the MiTo. I noticed someone mentioned the MiTo 1.4 135 hp MultiAir version was normally aspirated. It is really a turbo or Turbobenzina ;)

Below is taken from one of the hundred press releases I had to read today:

...To sum up, the Alfa Romeo MiTo offers 2 turbodiesel (90 HP 1.3 JTDM and 120 HP 1.6 JTDM) and complements the current petrol engine range (the 78 HP, 120 HP and 155 HP 1.4 unit) with two new MultiAir engines: the 105 HP 1.4 and the 135 HP 1.4 Turbobenzina.

Best regards, Chris
