I'm confused. You part exchanged the 500 but you're looking for a ye ye green? Or am I misunderstanding this post?

I really didnt like the blue and was worried about residuals in that colour, so after seeing a ye ye green on the forum, that is the colour i want, it really suits the shape of the car. So has any one got one for sale?

Ther was one for sale at Research Garage Nuneaton last week.

Sorry can't help but do agree with you. I saw one yesterday in ye ye and it was stunning

I've seen a couple of green 500s which I can only assume is the ye ye green you refer to. My wife really likes it but try as we might (just been on the official site again) we can't find any mention of the colour anywhere. How do you order one? Where can I see a picture of one?

Very Marmite colour, i liked it. To answer a question up there ^^^ its no longer availible as a factory order. Fiat decided to discontinue all of the risky colours, namely Ye Ye Green, Punk Grey, Calypso, Mod Blue and Jive Blue. Shame.

I think with some colours you do run the risk of giving out an image which some potential buyers don't like and which may put them off a purchase. Personally I find the idea of a Ye Ye Green or Cha Cha Azure 500 with the full chrome pack, ivory ambience and tan leather a bit naff and if there had been more cars like this on the road then I don't think I would have gone for a 500 myself. I know that sounds a bit silly perhaps but I can guarantee that this subconsciously runs through a lot of people's heads.

IMHO Ye Ye Green and Punk Grey had to go because they were too 60's/70's and I think CCAB should go too. The other colours were quite nice and were great. Ideally I would have liked a Mod Blue 500 with red leather as my dad has an original 500f in a very similar colour with red vinyl seats so it would have been nice to have a modern take on his car but I like my BNW lounge with 16" multispokes and red leather.

Image is very important even if people don't realise it, that's why 99.99% of Audi's in advertising or in brochures with be white, grey, silver, black etc etc.
