Hopefully its only a matter of time until a true stylist designs a kit that compliments the 500, not just bungs one together hoping to be the first to make a few bucks

Sayin that, the Merkur kit is growing on me, just need to spray it all the same colour.

I quite like the fake grills

many of these are a step too far IMO.

As I have 5.644 weeks left before the 500 arrives and have already bought the cherished number, I too will want to look at personalising my white Lounge... The grilles idea is cool, except they look nothing like the original air cooled model ones... any more links found since you postings???

I think the 500 will be much like the New Beetle bodykit wise, 1 or 2 aftermarket ones will look OK, however most will look ****e and only the Genuine kits will look the best (ie the one that going to be fitted to the Abarth) luckily our little Fiats look mint as they are, apart from needing a slap or 2 with the lowering stick

i like the look of the giacosa body kit.

I love the Giacosa front spoiler, reminds me of a tarted up GP nose. The rear air vents have a bit of novelty to them but I think I'd be sick of them quick.

Personally I think they got the Fiat bodykit spot on - it's subtle enough that it doesn't stand out but you REALLY notice it parked next to a 500 without it.
