Is it true all MK1 Turbos were sold with red carpets?

They can’t all be red? There must have been a rare one with a black carpet

I've had two and they both had red carpets,im pretty sure they all did.

I'm pretty sure all the mk1 turbos had red carpet!

That's cheating! The article was in black and white!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it nicely illustrates the faster Uno Turbos have black carpets .

Then again, perhaps it is red – it’s not black (compared to the dash board).

I’m pretty sure Martin’s MK1 Uno turbo didn’t have a black carpet. I guess I might have to ask on the other side.

if a UT does have a black carpet, then it maybe a reshell and they didnt bother putting the carpet in, or they have changed it to a black one for some reason

Every now and then, messages pop up on Turbo Collective about a black carpet being wanted...

...so, this is an interesting myth! (Mine's red, of course).
The Turbo carpet is of a better quality than the other models.

yes all mk1 uno turbos come with a red carpet. i wish they did black coz i hate the red carpet. i wana put a black one in but cant find any decient ones anyone got any ideas?

Yours is a converted 45 so doesn't have the original turbo carpet!

ive had 6 mk1 uno turbo's with red carpet only mk2 uno turbo's have black carpet

yup my mk1 turo has red carpets.

Red carpet is very 80's, Cool
