My name is João, i'm new in this forum and i'm from Portugal.
I'm writting where because i had a small problem with my girlfriends UNO
Recently, someone stole it at night, 2 weeks later the police found it, with only 3 problems, headlight and turn signal broke (already take care of that ) and the petrol noozle was broke and here is my problem! I don't know how to explain this better because my english is very poor... But i've already search in Portuguese forums and still nothing...
My question is if someone could help it this. With solutions or prices of parts (new or used)...

The outer ring is clamped to the inside.
First you must clean the inside very thoroughly.
Maybe with a high pressure cleaner.
There is an open plastic ring you´ll have to pull off inside first.
Then you can press the clamps, in the inside, together to loosen the outer ring.
After that you can loosen the hose by pressing together the outside clamps that fix the hose the side wall.

By 'inside', we mean inside the wheelarch, where all the dirt and mud is. That's why it requires cleaning before you attempt to remove the fuel filler.
