Hi Everyone
i'm a new member and hope someone can help me. i have a 1997 Uno 1100 FIRE which keeps burning out the distributor. at present i have replaced the distributor but the car will not rev up although it will start and idle. the timing,carburettor, plugs etc have all checked out fine. could this be a faulty distributor.(electronic)

To me this sounds more like fuel starvation than ignition.
