has anyone had this problem? ('96 2L EL) For some time now the ABS dashboard light comes on occiasonally and stays on. It might happen several times a day and then not for a few days. I've had all the wheels off and cleared any dirt away from the toothed sensor wheel and heads but without any effect.
I guess one of the sensors must be faulty but they seem almost impossible to remove without destroying them as they are a really tight interference fit in the housings, so I'm not sure what condition the actual sensing heads are in.
