What can i do with my Punto 1.2 8v Active Sport - 2004 model.

Hi everybody. I have a 2004 Fiat Punto 1.2 8v Active Sport.
I need to know if i can do anything to increase the power. I'm not talking a massive overhaul or spending £1000's. Just any tips on things that can be changed / upgraded.

ps. I am a beginner so don't be too technical.

Air filter change is a quick way to add between 2 and 5hp

They're easy to change aren't they, I think.

I'd say induction kit, rather than air filter.

A better exhaust and a remap will give you more.

But the 8v cars will always be sluggards (unless you apply forced induction) compared to the 16v cars. An engine swap (or selling the car, buying a 16v) will bring best performance per pound spent.

Basically it reprograms the car's ECU on a rolling road. Best to do any mods to induction system, exhaust, etc. first.
