Hi, i have a Y12 with the fire 1.2 8v SPI (60cv) with the IAW 16F and i was planning in slapping a turbo on it.
im really early in the buid, only bought an extra set of headers so i can modify them to add a turbo flange and got a intercooler form a hyundai.
But my problem is what to do with the ecu because i know that since im adding more air to the engine, i also need to add more fuel.
I tried searching, but i haven't found anything other than changing to a stand alone ECU witch im 1, not confortable doing it, and 2 from what i read its overkill.
I was wondering if its possible to either reprogram the ecu or to get a chip with the fuel map for boost
Im only aiming for 0.5 maybe 0.6 bar, since ill be running the stock engine internals

I think to gain any real benefits you need to talk to a ECU Tuning specialist and have your ECU remapped along with maybe a Wide Range Lambda sensor etc. Some of them do it whilst on a Rolling Road to get the best from your engine under all conditions.:)
