Just wondering if anybody has a rough idea of cost to get a second key?

From what I’ve read online, Fiat keys seem to be rather involved and as such there’s not many who are able to code them so it’s looking like a trip to the main dealer.

Anybody know of anyone in the South West?

Thanks in advance.

Update on this for anyone interested.

I got in touch with a local locksmith and was quoted £65 for a spare key (non remote) cut and programmed.

Well, they say programmed, I’d imagine it’s just a clone of a working key but either way it can be done easily.

Any good auto locksmith should be able to cut and program a new remote key don't even need the security code as it can be pulled direct from the body computer

Unfortunately so can most good thieves

Hi, Chris.

Yes, I’ve since heard back from another 2 which I contacted and they also have no issues in supplying, cutting and programming a new key, one quoted £169 for a remote key which seems pretty reasonable imo.

Just goes to show, you should never believe everything you see on the internet haha, it had me thinking that Fiat’s were a real nightmare to get a spare for
