Hi and welcome to Fiat Forum,

Firstly as the car is presumably still under warranty, you really should get it serviced at a authorised (FCA) service center/dealer. Note that they won't reset the service indicator unless they also did the service for legal reasons. You can reset it your self using Multiecuscan www.multiecuscan.net, a Elm327 interface (get a "modified" one like http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271275445368 I've used this seller) and a laptop. Cost is 50 Euros for the software and £17 for the interface.
I can't say enough how important it is to get the service done by an authorised gararge especially if you have an extended warranty or finance / PCP on the car. I know somone who had a Nissan on a PCP and got the service done at a cheap garage. The engine trashed itself (not due to garage, known issues with Renault engines fitted to some nissans) and now they are facing a multithousand bill for a new engine, Nissan refuse to pay even though it's a known issue and the finance company are threatening penalties too.... A Fiat engine will never blow up  but if it did it's too late to go back and correct the service record.

I have 2019 tipo on which I changed the oil myself.
The car notified me at startup that a service will be due from 14000 or 14500kms, and at 15000 also a wrench icon lit up on the dashboard permanently. I drive a lot of long trips, so actually by the time I got an adapter and program to check it the car went over 16000kms and the wrench icon and notifications are now gone.
I'm interested to see what will happen at 30 thousand, but I do think the notication icon goes away after a thousand kms because I surely did not do anything else to reset it.
