You help plz???

I'm having bother with 1 of the front wheels on my hgt.
Symptoms - Scraping noise when braking hard
- Scraping noise when turning hard right
- brakes are'nt as good
I've changed the front discs/pads but no change. Some advice appreciated! Ta.

Probably a stuck calliper.
