First off, would like to thank EVERYONE who made the event possible, Those who turned up and even those who couldn't make it. The event wouldnt have happened without any of you, so cheers

Secondly, a great day had by all Sun, Sea and Fish&Chips with a FiatForum Pool challenge. Plenty of photos and good drives around, including a good trip around the Mount and Dalby.

Was excellent to be able to put Faces to the cars. They all look fantastic in the metal. Interesting to see peoples takes on the same cars. All 5 MK2 Puntos were unique.

I think the weekends blast around yorkshire has took its effect on my Punto.

In the garage as of 10am this morning

new pads and discs been fitted, (thanks to the mount) having a complete coolant change (due to the dodgy radiator), new battery and seeing what else pops up.

Yeah i think June would be best

would recommend a "Weekend" instead of a day. but i think thats too much at the moment. but a day trip to Blackpool would be good.

need to think of a date. Might start another event thread off for the first weekend of June which we can change later.

Hi all,

posting TWO threads on the events page regarding 2 possible meets.

1st) APRIL/MAY - simple meet, start at YDO as before. Drive onto the moors to the LION INN on Blakey Ridge. then a drive around. More driver orientated than the Scarborough meet. (for Brin....)

2nd) JUNE - More like the Scarborough meet. Meet at Hartshead Moor Services (M62 nr Bradford). Drive to BLACKPOOL for a day at the Pleasure Beach. slightly further than the Scarborough meet. but similar times.

Im not suprised your car needed work after the mount, wouldnt suprise me if brin needed some new ones to.

Well i think his needed work anyway. such as a new front right tyre...

but definitely new pads now i would guess after the smoke coming off it.

lmao mate i took car into work this morning checked it all out antiroll bar links had both been bent badly in a curved bow shape from the cornering haha

i bought some new antiroll bar links and changed both links and new pads haha will get a tyre soon as well, discs look a bit warped aswel so maybe getting new discs soon or upgrading to GT3 brakes

Im up for another meet i too can not say until close to the time i just managed to blag the day off for this one day before LOL
