Keep seeing a Yellow Punto GT out side my house (West Wing, St Andrews Park, Norwich, Norfolk) with an aftermarket exhaust and some kind of Tribal sticker down the side.

Dunno. I saw a mk2 Punto with stupidly loud exhaust and no front number plate around riverside iirc yesterday. Was dark silver/grey and had them aftermarket small round rear lights.
