Technical X244 Steering Rack seal

I seem to be losing hydraulic power steering fluid, only a small amount but noticable.
There is moisture on the rubber gaiters when looked at from O/S wheel arch.
I assume it'll be a seal, maybe the pinion seal ?
Does anyone know how accessible this is to inspect for leaks ? And how big a job to rectify ?
