worrying symbol...

Good evening...

would anyone be so kind to advise me on a worrying symbol that has appeared on my dash...

its similar to a light bulb...

its yellow...

it has an exclamation mark in the middle of a circly, and then small lines petruding out of it - it looks like a panic symbol!!

the symbol appears directly above the LED mileage counter...

any help would be greatly appreciated...
