Technical worn parts

hi
our multi has only done 37000 miles. It started to knock when you went over rough road and it had only done 30000 miles. the knock started to get louder so we decided to take it to the garage to get a look at and found out the the wishbone bush was totaly shot no rubber left inside it :bang:
has any body eles had these problems ?

mines done 38000 and the front bush on the bottom wish bone on the passenger side has movement and knock over rough ground,getting one fitted early next week.
