Hi Everyone,
Joined this Forum today and have been browsing the threads for almost 5 hours!! and found the threads to be very informative and helpfull in many ways. Thumbs up to all those who contribute :)
I own a Ducato Auto-Trail Cherokee 1999 2.8 JTD motorhome and have been trying for what seems to be forever to locate a workshop manual, Have read most of the threads regarding this and have realised that they are virtually impossable to obtain but I was wondering if anyone has purchased this one on Fleabay and whether its worth getting

I did purchase a similar manual for a VW T4 (I also own a T4 campervan though, it up for sale now) that manual was not from the same source as this manual but the illustration and graphics were dia  and looking at this cover Im not too keen to spend £15 thats possibly a bad photo copy as well so, if anyone has purchased the one above I would be grateful for your views.
Many thanks

If it is a JTD engine it is common rail diesel with Bosch electronics and is not covered by this manual.
Your best bet is to download the Fiat elearn electronic manual. If you search on this forum there are some excellent write ups about downloading, making a cd and running the software. It's a bit of a PITN but will give you a useful source of info and repair procedures relating to the 2.8jtd engine.
There is a wealth of info by experts on this forum and you will find most repair/maintenance topics are covered if you do a bit of searching.
You can buy a cd from fleabay but it is just as easy to download the .rar files and make the iso cd disc yourself. The software is quite old but it works on on MS windows 7 or earlier. You need to install the pdf illustration plugin.
Good luck!

Hi Alval and welcome. Take my advice and stop searching for what does not exist. I've been searching for a manual for a 1996 1.9td for 8 years. If you need to know anything, just ask. We're all willing to help if we can. All the Best, Ian.

i have the peter russek for my 2.2, frequently i find bits that aren't right or they're referring to a different model, certainly my van isn't as stated in the manual.
however some stuff is right and it will give you a general guide if nothing else.
however, knowing what i do now, i wouldn't have bought it but i have some general mechanical knowledge. if you're in the same boat then don't bother.
