General workshop manual lacks TD100

I have the workshop manual but it only gives semi detailed information for the 1.9 TD 75 and the 2.4 TD

I have a TD 100.

Why don't they give info for the TD 100? And where can I find more?

Are the TD 75 and TD 100 essentially the same engine? What is the difference?

The only real difference, that i know of between the TD100 and TD75 is the missing intercooler on the 75 version...
Oil cooler is standard on both versions, same turbo (Garrett GT1544) , diferent intake manifold and some say that the injeccion system (pump and injectors) are slightly diferent...

The TD100 is fitted with a Lucas FT09 pump instead of the Bosch ver-679. Apart from that and the intercooler they look much the same in my manual.

Is it possible to fit Bosch ver 679 pump into TD100 instead Lucas pump.
