Woop I sorted the probblem to this... https://www.fiatforum.com/cinquecento-seicento/152310-mckcrich-chip-injector-light.html
Well I hope so anyway.

I desided to check each wire, one by one.
When I got to the charcoal canister valve thingy I found that both of the wires (same colour) where not listed on the manuel and never even went to the ecu!

Well it seems Ive some how connected the reverse switch to the valve and the valte to the switch :bang::bang::bang:

Stupid but not my fault :yum: my dad took all the wires off the engine before the swap so I never seen where they all went!

Also fixed the worn rear gearbox mounting. I never looked in bad nick but the rubber was loose from the metal fitting. I pressed the rubber out of the housing and cleaned then coated everything in a rubber glue thats actualy made to bond rubber to metal:slayer:

Got my chip back today! and guess what..... NO FLASHY LIGHT

but the light did come on and flash when letting off the throttle! so I had a play around and fitted the whole spare punto 60 TB I had. That fixed it. swapped all the sensors over from that, to the modded punto 75 TB and its all perfect now :slayer:

It was the idle valve that gave up.

Oh and the engine mount I "fixed" works brilliantly. hopefully it will hold as long as a new one would(dont see why not)

if you have the stcok ecu, did you leave the solenoid plugged in? I heard it triggers a waring light if you unplug it?

Missing solenoid shows no probblems with the stock chip but with an aftermarket chip it shows the injector light(n) I just dumped the bracket and the canister and wedged the solenoid behind the right hand head light(y)
