Technical Wooing Whine

Hello to all reading this forum I have a Fiat Ducato x250 it is registered in 2007 and has 17000 miles on the clock ,I have had it from new and I have recently picked up on my front nearside a wooing whine which goes up and down with the speed of the vehicle it is also there if I disconect the gear box from the engine has anybody had this problem and could it be the CV joint I look forward to any ideas Regards Borat

Could just be the wheel bearing if you do a tight circle the CV joint usually makes a bonking noise but others might know better
