That measurement is not in the Factory w/shop manual. However, if you look at all the cross-members on the market you will notice that they nearly all have the wish-bone pivot point in line with the mounting studs for the spring/cross-member.. If you measure the distance from the mounting studs to the centre of your lower king-pin carrier bush, you will have the measurement that you require. I would also check as many as possible to see if any have a coil-over mounting plate on the wishbone (between the arms of the wishbone).

Don't forget 'Rizzo' that when you mount the cross-member onto the car you will need a spacer between the cross-member and the body, of about 12-15mm. This is to prevent the wishbone deforming the lip (or even the wishbone) where the inner wing joins the box the the mounting studs for the front spring (or your cross-member) sit in. Without that spacer, as the body goes fully down ( and the wishbone therfore goes UP) it will hit that lip. As it is, even with a 12mm spacer, you might have to slightly reshape the lip in line with the wishbone. You might also find that you will have to countersink the cross member where the retaining nuts go--the studs aren't quite as long as you think that they are!
