Ive found two sets of wires under a lift up hatch between the handbrake and the gear stick (it has like slits in the plastic)

there are two sets of bundles of wires with plastic connectors on the end of each

anyone know what their uses are, i thought it was maybe for a phone input but theyre quite big connectors, and there is nothing documenting this.

One is for a phone connection - I'm not sure of the remainder, but at leat one of them is for the fule gauge.

why would you put a fuel guage between the handbrake and the hearstick roger?

Not sure what car you've got scott. but if it doesn't have leccy mirrors then the wires could be there for that, as i hear they put in the wiring.

The loom with about 8 maybe 10 wires into it are for electirc mirrors, i have used these to power my neons and i know Rab has used them also to power his tft screens

One is for the electric mirrors like Sy says and i think the other is for the heated front seats.
