rear handbrake adjustment

Hi folks,

My beloved brava is due an m.o.t and after having looked it over for some pre m.o.t checks ive been told it will need the handbrake adjusted in the rear, can any one tell me how and where to do this ?

Handbrake

Hi, if you pull the handbrake rubber gaitor up and off (its quite tight) and then lower the level down. Under there is a nut that you can tighten by hand. Turn it a few times, then pull handbrake up. You will prob have to try a few times, till it gives you the desired tension and number of clicks. Once happy pull the gaitor back into place and go pass the mot :0)

thats if your rear shoes/pads are sufficient
