Recently I replaced my windsreen wiper motor. Now it parks on the left. It always used to park on the right. The wiper arm is bent in a way that makes it look like it should park on the right. Do some park on the left and others on the right.
Great
Glad you're sorted
OK have a question for ANYONE that can help
If I have a Mk2 where I want the wiper to park vertically
like a touring car racer
is their an easy way to make the Mk2 wiper motor park in that different position?
Not afriad to pull the wirper motor apart
as I'm guessing there is nodule or magnet
or something that instigates the wiper motor's park position
and I will need to reposition whatever that is....
I know how to do this but I'm not going to tell you because it looks Chav.

Take the tin cover off the motor and observe how the self-parking contacts work on the main gear - now modify it... you'll figure it out
