Technical windscreen wiper motor/linkage screetching

Has anyone else had this problem?

It has made this soddin screetching/screaming noise before for a short period but had stopped, now it's back again with a vengeance after stopping completely the other morning, luckily I was on a bumkin rd near my house so no traffic.
Would a motor from a 2011 model work if its the same motor code but different drawing number?

I've bought a 2015 disc via EBAY ..but not used it yet

Will be interested to hear how you get on with it. I purchased one years ago for a previous car, a Kia, and no matter what I did the blooming thing just failed to load and work. Eventually Ebay refunded me, and stopped the seller selling them............
Hope by now the technology has improved, and it works fine.
