General Windscreen Scatch repairs?

Anyone know any decent windscreen scratch repair firms? [V]

What exactly is the Stilo windscreen made out of, soft cheese? [!]

One fookin sticky bird crap, and by the time my it was cleared my windscreen has a nice round area in the middle of the screen covered in scratches! [!]

This is the first car i've had where this has happened? s**tty fiat nonsence windscreen!

I have not used these people yet as the last time I got a stonechip I had it repaired via my insurance company free using Autoglass but a work collegue gave me this link they look promising.....

Yeah i found that site, problem is no one ever gives prices! Which suggests its not cheap! Especially when they say could be made cheaper if you don't want to claim on your insurance! [V]

Regardless it looks like it will be at least £60, excess! [V] All for a bird shicht! [!]

At this rate i'll just not bother, and hate the car for it for the next 4 years!

Nah, i'm only going to try something that someone else has tried successfully, Don't want to try it and end up with a patch on the screen that looks like someone's been going at it with a brilo pad! [V]

most insurance companies have a deal with autoglass theres no access for repair only replacement repair is free
