Technical windscreen/rear washer pump work principle?

Hi guyz,

I have a tech issue with rear wahser not working. GP 1.2 8v 2006.

Front washers are all good, i hear that "zzzzz" sound but on rear not a single sound nor fluid (handle is pressed other way offcourse)

i've removed front left plastic arch behind left wheel and reached the pump. Now, as shown on picture, when hose is removed on one end there is constant flow of whashing fluid...but on the other one only when pressed, with eg. needle, fluid gets out.

Allso i've replaced fuse in passenger box, 5th with 20A all same.
So if anyone knows the principle how pump works it myght help me...if i can i would like to avoid buying new one for 40euros if possible.

The pump spins one way for the windscreen and the other for the rear....

Blast it out with compressed air to clear any debris
