Bravo Window wipers beep ?

Hi there.
Hoping you can help me. Today I picked up my new 2008 fiat bravo Eco and driving home it started to rain. I put my window wipers on and when I stopped the wipers, they beeped. I started it again and when I stopped it beeped again?? Is this normal ?? Any advice will be much appreciated

our delta has auto wipers and they don't beep, they do wipe erratically though often either demented or not often enough and I wish they'd been consigned to the bin at design stage another 'benefit' that only looks good in the brochure. I suspect the beep might indicate an error?

Yep, the first thing I hated about mine. When I picked it up it was snowing, the sensor cannot sense snow.

That would be why it's a rain sensor and not a snow sensor :idea:

The sensor on my Astra is crap if the wiper blades are worn. Goes mental and wipes at 9,000mph. Maybe try some new ones?
