Hi all, I am new to the forum and have a problem with my wifes vehicle. I wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem.
Yesterday I cam home and had all of the windows up in the vehicle, I got out and locked the car with the remote like I always do. And 4 hours later I came out to go somewhere and all 4 windows were down at the same height and the car was locked. It was also full of rain water as it had been raining for the last 4 hours. I looked in the book and it says that the vehicle once turned off can have the widows put down for 3 minutes but I locked the car with the windows up. I called fiat dealer today and they say they have never heard of an issue lke this before and there is not an option to put the window down with the remote. Any help or idea would be great and how would be the best way to get it cleaned out. I have already soaked up the water as much as I can and I put damprid in the vehicle. The car has the 3m treatment on the seats and floors also. It is a 2014 500L. thanks for any help.
