Will this cable work for iPod?

They're selling it quite cheap, obviously I won't get steering wheel control and charging as they're only RCA inputs but as long as sound comes out then I'll be happy.

Car is a 2008 Grande Punto 1.9 Multijet with a Blaupunkt stereo (not quite sure what model).

can you add a cd changer to your car?

if you can then you should be able to use that

I wouldn't have a clue, haven't tried a CD changer. Might buy it anyway and just try and get a refund if it doesn't work.
