Will the car pass?

My cars front foglamps have stoped working, and cant find out y. Will it still pass the MOT? Any sugestions would be gratful. Checked the fuse, relay, switch, conecctions, and the bulbs look alright.

if lights are fitted they must be working.

So no, it will fail.

But if you unscrew them it will pass

check the bulb contacts,they may be slighty correded,bit of emery paper and silicon spray shud do it,andy
