Zauważylem ze przewód (00518676930) w miejscu laczenia z podłużnica jest zielony, ale pod szybko złaczka do klemy minus jest czysta miedź. Czy to może powodować problem?

First, can you post in English, please?
Best way to know for sure if there is a problem with it is by doing a voltage drop test. Engine running, have a multimeter set on DC Volts. Have red lead on battery negative terminal and black lead on that connector. Note the value it shows. Then turn on electrical consumers and do the same measurement again.
Good value is under 0.40 V. If you get a high number there, means there is a problem on that circuit.

I have a new throttle body. I reset the self-adaptive parameters and reset the throttle body with the engine warm and the lights and blower off.

Status accepted.

I checked the charging at the alternator and the positive terminal - 14.1v.

This is my second car, which I bought for commuting, but it's starting to make it hard for me to sleep ;)

Thanks, I will replace the earth strap soon as it appears to be in bad condition.

How is the throttle body? Did you do a reset, parameters relearn?
I did a throttle relearn procedure following instructions from a scan machine and also did a reset with the scan tool and still no luck.

What exactly is going wrong with your engine?
In the video posted here is not showing much wrong

Can you take a video with the RPM gauge when it runs bad?

What new alternator did you put? Is the charging system smart (ECU controlled) or fixed alternator, clasic? 13.8 V is kind of low for fix alternator.
 
The tachometer is stuck.
In MES, you can see the RPMs jump from 670 to 730.
I installed the same one, 120A.
As for intelligent charging, I think I have it because I have the IBS sensor on the negative terminal.
I've disconnected it, but I don't see any changes.

Check your other recent posting on BCM (groundposting etc.)?
