Just returned from a 280 mile round trip in my Multi. Averaged 50mpg on mostly motorways plus a traverse of the Woodhead pass in a full-on gale.

Used the middle seat as a dining table/desk. And at the end of the journey I feel as fresh as the day (after about 6 hours in the car). Pulls like a train and that JTD engine is so quiet when it gets up to speed.

And since I had two new front tyres, tracking and balancing done, it's so relaxing to drive on the motorway and it now handles superbly when the roads get twisty.

This car is great. Still makes me smile every time I look at it. (y)

Did 250 mile myself yesterday and all good , even in the torrential rain on the way home.

Did 20 miles yesterday and am planning on another 30 today:DCould be 50 miles in two days with no breakdown:eek:I will keep you posted(y)

Sponge, is this in the Multi you were trying to sell a little while back?

No traded that in for a 58 plate with nice leather seats and 17" alloys(y)Only joking I love the car and don't have anything to complain about:D.Only had it for about six weeks so early days yet though:eek:

350 miles today. 50mpg or so, and more stuff than I could have hoped to fit in my Mondeo moved.
