Hello Everyone,
I have just bought a rather worn Tempra Turbo Diesel and am hoping to use it for daily driving for a while.
I wonder how many others are still in use?
"HowManyLeft" shows 26 on the road when last updated.
Mine is a 1.9T.ds however it is well specced.
It has the digital dash (!), sunroof, 4 electric windows, alloys but manual heater controls.
It used to be Rosso Red but most of the lacquer has fallen off the top half so it is now various shades of orange / pink / red!
I am the 15th owner I believe so it really is time someone looked after it for a while - hopefully that can be me.
I would be interested to hear from anyone else still running one if these so let's see how many are actually out there!

Yes, I’ve got a fair proportion of them!

A launch spec 1990 1.8SX ie saloon, 1993 1.6SX ie saloon, and a 1.9TD SX SW. All great to drive, and all with the brilliant digital dashboard. (y)

Thought I’d chip in here………..I’m still driving tempra 1995 2.0 petrol SW.
Don’t do much mileage, garaged when not in use, so………
All electrics work, bodywork excellent, little rust underneath, motor still has some poke.
Only real problem is passing the MOT emissions tests…only just passed on July 2019, but due to Covid 19 delayed 6 months from July 2020…”which is nice”.
Last problem was changing rear windscreen washer non-return valve that was gummed up.
Had a fiat strada from new but this tempra 2.0L SW now beats it for longevity.
