General who knows the most about the Ulysse?

General comment, not to offend anyone, read lots of posts and it seems that a lot of Fiat dealers seem to want to undertake unnecessary and expensive work, I believe thats why a lot of people prefer the independent advice and work of the small owner operated garages who still take pride in their work. My experience is the main dealer here havn't a clue and that includes trying to order parts!!!!!!!!:bang:

I think the best plan is to search the EV2 forum to get good advice from members all over Europe who know what they are talking about in regard to the Ulysse!!

Hi I dont know if I am doing this right as I have never used a forum before but here goes
Ive got a Ulysse 2.0 JTD W reg and an amber light came up on the dash the other day,
the icon is an engine with what looks like a K or an X over it, there is nothing wrong with the performance apart from the turbo not kicking in untill 4000 rpm but I have just put that down to my wife driving Miss Daisy for the last year or so,
anyway does anyone know what this light is and can you help.

Not Parks Fiat in Hamilton, they are the worst, called them to ask how much they charge and what would be done in a service to keep my warranty in order, no call back and no answer to my question after numerous calls. If thats the way they treat you when you are offering business i dread to think what the after sales is like?? Not reccomended.

Since then I have fixed many problems with nearly four Ulysses, most recently bought a non starter from an auction and with rebuilt it using a slave for parts. Lump mode issues, MAF issues, Turbo and cam I should say I have learnt a lot now.
