In outward appearance, a white Minimoke with coloured flashes on its sides.
However, vehicle has a space frame chassis with engine bay and mechanicals from a Mk1 Panda 903cc, circa 1981. It is not a kit car (ie Scamp) and is not, I am assured, a coverted Moke.
Does anyone recognise the vehicle from this description and can anyone offer any further information ?
