Technical whistling noise ???

hi all any help will be muchly appriciated there is a whistling noise coming from the drivers side of the engine bay cant quite find where any ideas would be great

Referee stuck in the wheel arch? Could be a lot of things. Touch the pulley wheel, if its hot the belts most probably loose or worn causing it to slip.

Disconnect the fan belt and run the engine, if the noise is still there it's likely to be the cambelt tensioner, if it's gone you're looking at a possible alternator bearing or slipping fan belt which can be cured when you refit it of course.
