Technical Whining noise from robotic gear of Qubo

Hello all.
My Qubo (1.3 diesel engine) 2012 is making loud whining noise from its robotic gearbox / Diff.
I don't know much about the Qubo.
1. Where is the gear oil level indicator / dipstick? (Not mentioned in the user manual!)
2. Is this noise a common problem in Qubo cars?
Any information / advice?

The basic geartrain is the same as in the manual cars.

Look in the GrandePunto section for servicing info
