Hey.. i've got this amp:

http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/product.asp?product=19588

Just wondering whats the BESTT the sub i could get for lets say £150... doesn't have to be boxed.. i can get that done seperately. if its boxed.. they even better.

car audio centre are selling packages with 2 pioneer 3000wat subs with this amp.. so jus cheking to see what you lot think.. if theres something really kool for a bit voer 150.. post it too.. Thanks

i only want 12" maybe 15".. prefer 12

Hmm...............gonna be a bit of guesswork involved here.......only max wattages are mentioned......................which is never good.

Assuming 50% efficiency, you have about 1000WRMS, and I'm gonna have to stick to 4 ohm subs here...........I would get a sub that does 700-800WRMS, or a combination of subs that total 700-800WRMS showing an overall impedance of 4 ohm.

Give me a minute...........this could get a bit messy................

Right, it seems that a 4ohm DVC dual subwoofer setup is possible, or a single 4 ohm sub, like the Pioneer being advertised on that site you linked to. I can't seem to find any DVC subs that would be suitable to be run off that amp. TBH I think your best option is to get one of those Pioneer subs and watch the gains.
