could soon be after a sub and amp. just wondering whats the best to go for? good value for money sorta thing. wanna 12" at least, maybe a 15" as i listen to deep bass with long notes.

i used to be well into ICE but its been about 3yrs since and i dont know whats what now lol!

Dont bother getting a 15" there isn't to much difference between 12 and 15, unless were talking really high power.

If your just wanting som nice handling, I could highly recommend a Apline subwoofer the X types or somthing along those lines.

Personally I use a SPLX 12" 1200W and its really nice

Look for somthing along the lines off 1000W + and an amplifier around 600/700W power.

Unless your super serious about having ground breaking ice, you wont need to spent over £150

Yeah as above tyhe 12's high both regions of what maxc 10's and low 15's can do.

If your wanting to push your 12, get a JBL, they last for donks :)

This is what I have at the moment...

Soon getting another Sub, and then a third amp for components :)

well, as u all know i got a uno turbo lol, with a cd player and standard front speakers lol!

but might be getting another car (206) as a daily driver and its got a sony headunit already. i got some mint jbl 6x9's from my ICE days already, so just want a sub (prob a 12") and a nice amp to power that and prob the 6x9s?

listen to dance/r&b/hip hop/gangsta **** and all that stuff. some hard house too and even a little bit of pop if im feeling gay.

maybe one of those JBL combos? 12" and amp for like £120 or something?

Ive got a VRX 600w sub and amp combo, it was cheap and it does the business, honestly it shakes my wee punto to bits, Im very impressed with it, got everything sounding amazing, really kicks and good quality sound too, with subs imo you dont need to spend ALOT.

A 206 can probably take 6.5" speakers in it's front door so you're laughing.

Bin the 6 x 9's, get some decent components in the front a 4 channel amp 2 running the fronts and 2 bridged doing the sub in the boot.

£200 for a good amp (JL Audio e4300 is £169 on Ebay, that's insanely cheap), £100 for the fronts, £150 for sub in a box, £50 on wiring, job done.
