General Which Shocks?

Hey Peeps!

Found a site which seems to sell both Gas and Hydraulic rear shock units for the 4x4

What is better for a 4x4 being used off-road? (Hydraulic is £10 cheaper too)

Hydraulic is the standard Oil shocks, the gas responds slightly quicker for on road, don't think it would make any difference off road.

BTW keep an eye on ebay, got a set (2) munroe gas shocks for £17

I've got some nice Monroe front shock units too It's the rears I'm after now. But I'll keep an eye on eBay defo. Getting loads of stuff from there atm. Just got a new RH driveshaft for £18. Was gonna have my calipers reconed, but as you can buy em new for £21, why bother

The new for £21 will be recon and exchange so don't forget to take the old ones.

They work out about the same price as the boge hydraulic rears i've got for my sisley mine came to £85 inc vat but didn't have to pay p&p as i got them from my local motorfactor. Any motor factors near you? Mite be able to save ya self a tenner Boge part number 27-B43-0
