Which glow plugs on JTD100 hlx

can anyone tell me which glow plugs i need for a 2001 jtd100 hlx? (engine type 182b9000)

Which are best? bosch? ngk? helfrauds?

are they pin end type or m4 threaded end?

Well cant say for a jtd100, but on my jtd105 are pin ones, and I only buy Champion ones. Bought 4 Bosch ones and they where broken form the moment I bought them.
