I think the first one is 16v coupe and the second one is 20v

In that case, did Fiat stop making the 16V in 1996 ?

In the middle of 1996 the original 16v Lampredi engine was replaced with the modern 1.8 litre engine with 131 bhp.
Though the four cylinder equipped with a camshaft timing variator at the inlet camshaft performs 8 bhp less, acceleration and top speed remain nearly the same.

Yes thats right mate. The 1.8 16v never was sold in the uk.
