Which CD Changer...

I have a Pioneer DEH-P7600MP and would like to know which CD changers will be compatible...or does it just need to be a Pioneer one?

Tried a search but they seem more interested in telling me about the head unit I already have than what is actually compatable with it :bang:

Any Pioneer one? Known a few ppl who got a matching manufacturer for it not to work...something about the changer being too old etc

never known of that.ive used old kenwood changers with new HU's. though ive just taken a pioneer HU & changer out of my cinq and it has a seperate earth fro the changer which i havent seen before(for sale in the classifieds )
might have to do a bit of research as to whether pioneer changed there specs for the changers on a certain year

So basically a newer changer should do the trick....How much you looking to get for it? bearing in mind I have no use for the head unit

open to offers,can just ebay the HU if you dont need it. its a cdx-p25 6 disc that supports cd text. comes with the cables and brackets. theres one on ebay just now for over £40 plus P&P just now

The philips RC 026 is a nice changer, oil sprung and around £45-70 on eBay, i have just bought one and fiiting now. Sorry could not be of more use to you.
