Technical where's the obd connector?

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I just purchased a set of leads to connect my pc to the diagnostics connector in the car, but despite being original fiat stilo leads (green,yellow,red and the adaptor), the actual plugs for the connector are different. (They are the D type male plug, but I cannot see any D shaped female plugs under the dash)
Can anyone enlighten me on wether I have located the right connector?

The connector for the car is located under the flap giving access to the fuses

Its a bit of a bugger to get to, right at the top above the fuses, but you'l know when its in!
