General Where to connect the rev-counter

Hei.

Bought myself a rev-counter or tachometer or whatever is most correct. But the coil? It doesn't look like other coils I've been working with. It's a multiplug connected at it rather than + and -.
I was kind of surprised by this.

Does anyone know how to connect it?
